Brenda H. Bosch is the Managing Attorney at Altman & Associates, where she has been a cornerstone of the firm’s estate planning practice for over 25 years. Serving the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, Brenda focuses on crafting sophisticated estate plans that protect legacies and provide families with peace of mind.
As a leader within the firm, Brenda oversees the estate planning and probate practice areas, ensuring that every client receives meticulous attention to detail for every matter. In addition to her client work, she serves as a mentor to the firm’s junior associates, passing on decades of institutional knowledge in the complex fields of Wills, Trusts, and Asset Protection.
Brenda’s legal pedigree is marked by a commitment to merit. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was recognized with Order of the Coif honors—a distinction reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class. She also holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Following law school, Brenda honed her sharp analytical skills by clerking for the Honorable Albert V. Bryan, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. This experience in the "Rocket Docket" provided her with a unique perspective on how estate documents are scrutinized in litigation, allowing her to "litigation-proof" her clients' plans from the start.
Outside of the office, Brenda is a fixture in the local community. An avid athlete, she can often be found on the tennis courts sharpening her competitive edge. She is also a "die-hard" Washington Capitals fan—rarely missing a game and bringing that same "Rock the Red" energy to everything she does.
